Pioneer Technologies Enterprises · Since 2017

Keep critical equipment running.

We repair, maintain and build the equipment that defence units, public sector plants and industry depend on: from servo drives and PLC modules to radar subsystems, generators and climate control. Diagnosed properly, repaired at component level, tested before it goes back.

What we do

Repair, maintenance and development under one roof.

How we work with you

At our workshop, at your site, or remotely.

Whichever gets your equipment running soonest. Many jobs start with a quick remote diagnosis to choose the right route.

At our workshop

Send or bring the unit. We inspect it, tell you what’s wrong and what it will take, repair it, test it and return it with a report.

At your site

Our engineers come to you for installation, commissioning, repairs and scheduled maintenance visits.

Remotely

Describe the fault, share photos or join a video call, and we’ll help you choose the fastest route: guidance, a visit or a workshop repair.

The repair process

Six steps, no surprises.

Nothing is repaired without your approval, and nothing leaves us untested.

  1. Tell us the fault

Use the form, call or email: make, model, serial number, what happened, and photos if you have them.

  2. Inspection and diagnosis

We inspect and test the unit to find the cause, and record its condition when it arrives.

  3. Quotation and approval

A written quotation with the work, parts, turnaround and warranty. Nothing starts without your approval.

  4. Repair

Component-level repair with suitable parts, under ESD-safe handling for electronics.

  5. Testing

Functional and, where appropriate, load testing, recorded in a test report.

  6. Return with report

Back to you with the test report, warranty and invoice.

How we work, in detail

Why RATOM

Careful work you can check.

Experience that matters here

Our engineers bring decades of work across defence, public sector undertakings and private industry, where equipment has to work every time.

Repair before replace

We repair at component level wherever it’s safe and economical. That is often faster and cheaper than a new unit, especially for older or imported equipment.

Tested, documented, warranted

Every repair is tested before it leaves us and comes back with a report of what we found, what we replaced and how we tested it, plus a written warranty.

One accountable partner

One point of contact from the first call to delivery, for repairs, maintenance contracts and custom work.

Who we work with

Defence, public sector and private industry.

Since 2017

Precision engineering, raising the bar. Pioneer Technologies Enterprises helps organisations keep critical equipment in service longer, with careful diagnosis, honest advice on whether to repair or replace, and work that’s tested and documented.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Anything else? Call +91 97360 01219 or email info@ratom.in.

Do you repair imported equipment?

Yes. We repair both imported and Indian-made equipment, subject to inspection and the availability of parts. If an original part is no longer made, we tell you what equivalent we propose before using it.

How do I send a unit for repair?

Send us the make, model, serial number and a description of the fault using the quote form, by email or by phone. We reply with how to get the unit to us. Pack electronics in anti-static bags inside a rigid, well-cushioned box, and include a sheet with the fault and your contact details.

How long does a repair take?

It depends on the fault and on parts. After inspection, your quotation states the turnaround for your unit. If it’s a breakdown, tell us and we’ll say honestly what’s possible.

Do you work with government and PSU buyers?

Yes. Our services are open to defence establishments, public sector undertakings and private companies, and we can provide the documents usually needed for vendor registration and tenders.

Is there a warranty?

Every repair carries a written warranty. The period is stated on your quotation.

Got a unit that’s down?

Tell us the make, model and fault, and we’ll reply within one working day with questions or next steps.
