Get the line running again, and keep it running.

Manufacturing and process plants

Fast, careful repair of the drives, PLC modules, encoders and instruments that keep production lines running.

A manufacturing or process plant depends on hundreds of components that nobody thinks about until one fails: a servo drive, an encoder, a PLC card, a power supply. When that happens, a fast, reliable repair is usually the quickest way back to production.

We repair those components at board level, test them before return, and tell you what caused the failure. For the equipment that supports production, planned maintenance keeps surprises to a minimum.

What matters here

Priorities we work to.

01

Downtime costs more than the repair

When a line stops, every hour counts. We tell you honestly what’s possible, and prioritise breakdowns.

02

Obsolete and imported modules

Drives, I/O cards and HMIs are often out of production or slow to import. Component-level repair keeps them running.

03

Knowing what failed and why

A fault report with the root cause helps you stop the same failure happening again.

04

Planned maintenance

Preventive care for supporting equipment, from generators to air conditioning, avoids surprises.

How we help.

How we work in this sector

Built into the way we work.

  • Tell us when a unit is a breakdown, and we’ll say honestly what turnaround is possible.
  • Every repaired unit is bench-tested and returned with a test report.
  • We advise what to check when the unit is refitted, since some faults only show under real load.
  • If a unit isn’t worth repairing, we say so and return it.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Our line is down. What’s the fastest way to start?

Call us with the make, model and fault, then send the unit with a short fault description and nameplate photos. For some faults, a remote diagnosis call first can save time.

Do you repair modules from imported machines?

Yes, subject to inspection and parts. Imported and obsolete modules are a large part of our component repair work.

Can you come to the plant?

Yes, for equipment that can’t easily be moved, and for faults that only show in the machine. Board-level repairs are usually done at our workshop.

Got a unit that’s down?

Tell us the make, model and fault, and we’ll reply within one working day with questions or next steps.
