Equipment repair and maintenance

Radar and communication equipment, generators, drives, breakers, PLCs, PCBs and cable harnesses.

Equipment that keeps a plant, a station or a facility running is rarely easy to replace. It may be imported, out of production, built into a larger system, or simply too expensive to swap at the first fault. Our job is to bring it back to reliable service: find the real cause, repair it properly, and prove it works before it leaves us.

We work on everything from radar subsystems and communication equipment to generators, drives, breakers, PLCs and the circuit boards inside them. Smaller units come to our workshop. Larger equipment we service at your site. Either way, you get a clear diagnosis, a written quotation before any work starts, and a test report when it’s done.

What we work on

How we deliver it

Whichever route suits the job.

At our workshop

Send or bring the unit. We inspect it, tell you what’s wrong and what it will take, repair it, test it and return it with a report.

At your site

Our engineers come to you for installation, commissioning, repairs and scheduled maintenance visits.

Remotely

Describe the fault, share photos or join a video call, and we’ll help you choose the fastest route: guidance, a visit or a workshop repair.

Process

The repair process.

  1. Tell us the fault

Use the form, call or email: make, model, serial number, what happened, and photos if you have them.

  2. Inspection and diagnosis

We inspect and test the unit to find the cause, and record its condition when it arrives.

  3. Quotation and approval

A written quotation with the work, parts, turnaround and warranty. Nothing starts without your approval.

  4. Repair

Component-level repair with suitable parts, under ESD-safe handling for electronics.

  5. Testing

Functional and, where appropriate, load testing, recorded in a test report.

  6. Return with report

Back to you with the test report, warranty and invoice.

What you get

Documented at every step.

Every repair carries a written warranty. The period is stated on your quotation.

  • An inspection report with the fault found and the root cause
  • A written quotation before any work starts
  • A test report showing how the equipment was tested after repair
  • A written warranty on the repair
  • A GST invoice and delivery challan

Questions

Equipment repair: frequently asked.

Do you repair imported equipment?

Yes. We repair both imported and Indian-made equipment, subject to inspection and the availability of parts. Where an original part is no longer made, we tell you what equivalent we propose before using it.

Can you repair it at our site?

Often, yes. Generators, panels, breakers and drives that can’t easily be moved are usually serviced on site. Board-level electronics repairs are better done at our workshop, where we have the test equipment and an ESD-safe bench.

What if the equipment isn’t worth repairing?

We tell you. If inspection shows a repair would cost more than it’s worth, or the equipment can’t be made reliable, the inspection report says so, so you can decide on replacement with the facts in front of you.

Do you keep a record of what was done?

Yes. Every job has a record of the condition on receipt, the fault found, the parts replaced and the tests performed. You get the test report with the equipment, and we keep the job record for future reference.

Can you maintain equipment on a schedule, not just repair it?

Yes. See maintenance contracts: planned preventive visits, priority response for breakdowns and a service history for every asset.
