Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Pioneer Technologies Enterprises (“RATOM”, “we”) handles personal data collected through ratom.in. We wrote it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email info@ratom.in.

Who is responsible

Pioneer Technologies Enterprises, trading as RATOM, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@ratom.in, +91 97360 01219.

What we collect

• When you use a form: your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your organisation, location and details of your equipment and its fault.
• When you email or call us: the details you share in that conversation.
• When you browse: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t use third-party trackers.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and carry out and document any work you ask us to do. We don’t sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the website, provides spam protection (Turnstile) on our forms, and provides cookie-free analytics.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox and sends you a confirmation email.
• Our email provider stores the messages we exchange with you.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside India. Forms aren’t stored on the website: submissions are sent by email and kept in our mailbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and, if you become a customer, for as long as the work and our legal and tax record-keeping duties require. Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted when they’re no longer needed.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email info@ratom.in and we’ll respond promptly. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, forms are protected against spam and abuse, and access to our mailbox is restricted to the people who need it.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
