Planned care, fewer breakdowns.

Maintenance contracts (AMC)

Planned visits, priority breakdown response and a service history for every asset you put under contract.

Most breakdowns give warning: a noisy bearing, a dirty coil, a loose connection, a battery that’s past its best. Planned maintenance catches them before they stop your equipment. A maintenance contract puts your equipment on a schedule, gives you priority when something does fail, and builds a service history you can plan around.

Every contract lists the assets it covers, the visit schedule and exactly what’s included, so there are no surprises about what’s covered and what isn’t.

Questions

Maintenance contracts: frequently asked.

What’s the difference between labour-only and comprehensive?

Labour-only covers our visits and work; parts are quoted separately when needed. Comprehensive includes the parts agreed in the contract. The contract lists exactly what’s covered and what isn’t.

How many visits are included?

It depends on the equipment and how hard it works. We propose a schedule after the survey, and it’s written into the contract.

Can you cover equipment other than air conditioning?

Yes, on request. Generators, drives, panels and other equipment can be included once we’ve surveyed it.

What happens at the end of the contract?

Before renewal we review the equipment register and service history with you, and recommend any repairs or replacements so the next year starts on a sound footing.
